About Nelson
I was born in the beautiful south Okanagan and raised in a close-knit community. At an early age, I developed a deep connection to the outdoors, my community, and the key role of physical health.
While completing my bachelor degree in Kinesiology, I made the decision continue my education and pursue a career in health care. I completed my Master's degree in Physiotherapy in Prince George as part of the UBC-North cohort.
I now live and practice in the active community of Vernon and I have gained valuable experience working with a wide range of clients - from athletes, post-op care, fall-prevention, weekend warriors, and everything in between! My focus as a physiotherapist is to establish attainable goals from your first appointment and develop a personalized treatment plan that will help you attain them.
