Natalie is a registered Psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience, which includes the past 14 years right here in our community of Midland! Natalie provides psychotherapy, counselling and talk therapy for individuals ages 12 and up, including preteens, teens, adults, and elders 65+. Her approach is professional, intelligent, realistic and flexible. Natalie has a way of putting her clients at ease with her caring and compassionate nature. She builds an almost immediate rapport and trusting relationship with her clients. Natalie utilizes multiple evidence‑based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) (trauma), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, Solution‑Focused and Strengths based therapy.
