About Mitchell
Mitch received his Bachelors in Kinesiology from the University of Saskatchewan in 2018. While at the U of S, Mitch played for the Huskies Football team, where he earned All-Canadian and Academic All-Canadian honours twice during his career. After completing his Kinesiology degree, Mitch moved to Scotland to pursue his Masters in Physical Therapy at Glasgow Caledonian University.
Mitch was born and raised in Saskatoon, where he grew up playing a variety of sports, including basketball, gymnastics, hockey, soccer, and football. His diverse athletic background sparked a passion for movement and a strong interest in human anatomy and performance.
Professionally, Mitch is interested in all things musculoskeletal. He uses manual therapy techniques and prescribed exercises to help achieve clients specific goals. Embracing a client-centered approach, Mitch is dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey to lead active and healthy lives.
Outside of work, Mitch loves spending time with friends and family, playing recreational sports, and exploring the world.
