I am a passionate and dedicated licensed massage therapist with a strong commitment to promoting holistic well-being and helping my clients achieve optimal health. I have honed my skills to provide a wide range of therapeutic massage techniques tailored to each individual's unique needs. I have completed extensive training and hold all necessary certifications from Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy. I am a proud member of CMTO- College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and RMTAO- The Registered Massage Therapists' Association of Ontario, ensuring my practice in line with the highest standard of professionalism. I have completed Bachelor of Physiotherapy from India (2010) and worked as a Physiotherapist for 2 years. After moving to Canada in 2012, worked as a Physiotherapy Assistant for 6 years and as a Resident Physiotherapist for 1.5 years. I had the privilege of working with a diverse range of patients and clients. I have continue to help people achieve heathier and happier life. My Approach to massage therapy is client-centered and holistic. It combines both the techniques and science of massage therapy. I believe in power of touch to heal, soothe and rejuvenate both the body and the mind. I work closely with my clients to understand their specific concerns, whether it's reliving muscle tension, reducing pain, or simply promoting relaxation and escape from the daily grind. Every massage session is tailored to meet your unique needs and preferences.
