Mira’s clinical experience spans private practice orthopaedics, private practice neurological rehabilitation, inpatient rehabilitation and acute care, providing her with the knowledge and skills to treat a wide range of patient populations. She has a strong interest in neurological rehabilitation and has worked with individuals living with conditions such as stroke, spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis, and Parkinson’s disease. She often incorporates a Bobath treatment approach to improve movement quality and restore functional independence. Mira also enjoys working with orthopaedic and medically complex patients to help them return to the activities they love. She is passionate about delivering evidence-based, client-cantered care and is dedicated to developing personalized, meaningful treatment plans that align with each patient’s goals. Mira takes the time to design unique programs tailored to what matters most to you, combining manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, exercise prescription, and education to help you achieve your physiotherapy goals. Outside of the clinic, Mira enjoys exploring new coffee shops, hiking, cycling, pilates, traveling, swimming, and spending time with friends and family. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or looking for support in optimizing your movement, Mira would be delighted to work with you!
