Mihar is a licensed physiotherapist with a passion for restoring movement, reducing pain, and helping people return to the activities they love. She completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University (India) in 2020 and practiced for over 2.5 years in India before moving to Canada.
Since becoming licensed in Canada, she has been helping clients across Calgary for over 2 years, providing high-quality, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Mihar’s primary clinical focus lies in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, where she works with conditions such as joint pain, muscle injuries, postural dysfunctions, and movement impairments. She uses a combination of joint mobilizations, soft tissue release, dry needling, therapeutic exercise, and client education to not just treat symptoms, but to address the root cause and help prevent recurrence. She believes in active recovery and empowering clients with the tools they need to stay strong and independent long-term.
In addition to musculoskeletal care, Mihar is trained in concussion therapy and provides individualized rehabilitation programs to support clients recovering from head injuries. She also practices pelvic floor physiotherapy for individuals assigned female at birth, helping clients manage concerns such as pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pregnancy-related discomfort, postpartum recovery, and core and pelvic floor dysfunction through compassionate, evidence-based care.
Mihar believes that successful rehabilitation begins with understanding each client’s goals and creating a treatment plan that is practical, collaborative, and tailored to their lifestyle. She strives to create a welcoming and supportive environment where clients feel heard, informed, and motivated throughout their rehabilitation journey.
