Michelle‘s passion areas include couples counselling, women’s health issues anxiety, and depression. As well as managing life transitions such as entering adulthood, becoming a parent or empty nester, and grief and loss of a spouse, family member, friend or pet. .
Michelle‘s calm and caring approach provides a safe space for all individuals to find support and achieve better balance in their lives.
