Michele has been a Registered Massage Therapist since August 2010. She completed her schooling at Everest College in Ottawa and attended the University of Ottawa prior to that where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics.
She uses a wide variety of techniques throughout her treatments all dependent on your goals and what is needed to help you. Michele combines her experience as a Kinesiologist and as an RMT to provide comprehensive and client focused care.
Michele has done extra training in Craniosacral Therapy and SomatoEmotional Release through the Upledger Institute and has focused part of her career on working with newborns and children as well as providing labour support for her pregnant clients. She has also taken extra courses for Prenatal Massage, Childbirth Educator training, Birth Doula training through DONA International, Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head Massage and Reiki Level 1.
In her spare time, Michele enjoys spending time with her family (she is a busy mom of 3 kids), gardening and learning more techniques to help with her own personal self-care as well as techniques that can better help you.
