Mia a obtenu son diplôme de l'Université de Moncton avec un baccalauréat en sciences en kinésiologie en 2021 et a terminé sa maîtrise en physiothérapie à l'Université d'Ottawa en 2023. Mia a toujours adopté un mode de vie actif, faisant du mouvement physique une partie intégrante de sa routine quotidienne. Elle manifeste un vif intérêt pour le traitement des problèmes orthopédiques et des blessures liées à la musculation.
