Over a span of 15 years I have worked spa and clinical environments. First as a certified massage practitioner (CMT) with various massage modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage Thai Massage and hot/cold stone. Later I completed a Registered Massage Therapy Diploma from Alberta College of Massage Therapy in 2021.
Mountain culture has driven me to challenge myself physically and mentally. Developing skills in skiing, backcountry, mountain biking, hiking and kitesurfing has driven a need to maintain my oun strength and sustain movement. That is truly when I feel my most positive and confident self.
Providing therapeutic treatment to people with a variety of athletic pursuits has inspired a passion for innovating the art of self-care. My mission is to explore creative wellness methods while motivating others to do the same.
