About Melinda
Prior to becoming a Registered Massage Therapist, Melinda was injured in a severe motor vehicle accident in 2005. It's safe to say that Melinda learned firsthand how beneficial professional massage therapy is for the human body.
After extensive therapy, Melinda discovered the extraordinary healing, restorative, and rejuvenating effects of massage therapy which is when she began her journey towards renewed health and wellness.
Melinda utilizes a variety of techniques such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, muscle energy, end range loading, CranioSacral therapy and prescription exercises that are tailored to the specific needs of each patient.
Melinda continues expanding her knowledge of current massage therapy modalities, techniques and the body's anatomy by attending research conferences and workshops on an ongoing basis.
When she's not at the massage table or busy studying, you can likely find Melinda exploring the beautiful outdoors and capturing photos... or planning her next trip!
