Melanie graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2009 and has practiced at Anatomica since 2015. With over 15 years of clinical experience, her RMT practice is informed by an early background as a dancer and a strong foundation in body mechanics and movement. Her primary focus is therapeutic Swedish and deep tissue massage. Melanie’s treatments are dynamic, focusing on improving soft-tissue mobility and relieving chronic tension. She regularly incorporates functional movement, dynamic stretching, and practical home care exercises into her sessions. Melanie is also certified in Thai Yoga Massage and offers therapeutic Thai Massage treatments, utilizing assisted stretching, joint mobilization, and muscle kneading throughout a series of guided positions.
