About Megan

Founder of Anatomical Alchemy 🌱✨ Megan has been immersed in the world of wellness since 2010, beginning her career as a personal trainer and later evolving into a registered massage therapist with a focus on full-body integration and nervous system regulation. Her approach blends clinical knowledge with intuition, shaped by years of experience in coaching, competitive bodybuilding, yoga, functional movement, and somatic exploration. 🧘🏼‍♀️ After recovering from multiple car accidents and working closely with a range of physical therapists and alternative practitioners, Megan developed a deep respect for the body’s capacity to adapt, compensate, and heal. These experiences led to her unique ability to see the body not just in parts — but as a full system of patterns, stories, and stored experiences. 🌎 In treatment, Megan takes a slower, more intentional pace. She gravitates toward slow and gentle fascial techniques as well as deeper trigger points, often exploring long-held postural patterns and how they influence daily function. Her style is clinical when it needs to be, but never cold — she leads with empathy, curiosity, and a belief that growth is deeply personal and should be carried with compassion. 💌 Clients often describe sessions with Megan as grounding, insightful, and transformative. 🪷 You’ll also meet Lumi, her tiny hypoallergenic toy poodle, who sleeps peacefully in the studio and offers love, comfort, and joy to all who enter. 🐶 We can’t wait to meet you!
