Megan primarily sees children who are 2-6 years of age.
*About Megan (MSLP, Registered Speech-Language Pathologist) * Megan is a Registered Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate and skilled in helping children become effective communicators.
Megan completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Alberta in 1996 with a B.Sc. and Specialization in Psychology. She went on to complete her Masters in Speech-Language Pathology (MSLP) in 1998, graduating with the highest academic achievement in her class.
With over 30 years of experience working with the pediatric population, Megan has experience that includes culturally diverse individuals, children with developmental disabilities and people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Specialized areas of expertise include preschool and early language acquisition, articulation, phonology and apraxia of speech.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys family time, volunteering for various organizations near and dear to her heart and staying physically active. She is currently working on co-authoring a series of children’s books incorporating her knowledge of language development and literacy to empower parents of preschool-aged children.
