About Maryam

Maryam is a Registered Acupuncturist with over 20 years of clinical experience in maternal care and a Master’s degree in midwifery. Her background includes extensive work in women’s health, pregnancy, and postpartum care, with additional training in acupuncture in Canada. A graduate of Georgian College with Honours, she is in good standing with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO). Her practice focuses on supporting women’s health, fertility, pregnancy care, stress, and pain management through acupuncture. She uses an integrative approach that combines traditional Chinese medicine with modern understanding to help improve sleep, regulate the nervous system, support emotional balance, and enhance the body’s natural healing processes.
