This means that all of our treatments goals are broken down into small, achievable steps so that even on day 1, you can clearly see how what you are doing now is contributing to where you are trying to be. This “reverse engineering” approach applies regardless of the circumstances - whether you’re returning to high level competition, or your active lifestyle.
