Hello, my name is Mario Wadie and I am a Physical Therapist. My treatment philosophy revolves strongly around Manual therapy and a home exercise program to reinforce treatment effects. I have treated various conditions from a simple ankle sprain, to back pain, to post-op rotator cuff rehab. I know the value of physical activity and in my free time you will find me playing basketball, hiking, biking, or working out. I am also a big foodie so feel free to recommend good hiking trails and restaurants that I should explore.
