"Maria is a passionate Massage Therapist and Kinesiologist dedicated to helping people feel confident, capable, and strong in their bodies. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Alberta (2023) and is currently completing her Diploma in Massage Therapy at MacEwan University. She also holds certifications as a Clinical Pilates practitioner, EXOS Performance Specialist, and Registered Yoga Teacher with the International Yoga Alliance.
Maria’s treatment approach is rooted in the belief that movement and manual therapy work best together. She integrates exercise, mobility work, and hands‑on techniques to support recovery, improve function, and build long‑term resilience. Guided by her own fitness journey and her background as a competitive Irish dancer, she understands the demands placed on active bodies and strongly values a multidisciplinary, whole‑person approach to rehabilitation.
Her goal is to help every client feel supported and empowered—whether you’re recovering from injury, managing persistent pain, building strength, or striving to enhance performance. Maria creates a welcoming, collaborative environment where clients can reconnect with their bodies and move with confidence.
