In her practice, Lucie combines a sensitive touch with a thoughtful
approach tailored to each client’s unique needs, adjusting pressure and
techniques to foster relaxation and relief.
Lucie is a graduate of the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy,
where her training encompassed a solid foundation in Anatomy,
Physiology and Orthopaedic Assessment, which she draws upon to
integrate techniques such as Swedish massage, myofascial release,
trigger point release, and gentle stretching.
With a strong belief in patient education, Lucie emphasizes addressing
the root causes of discomfort, aiming to treat not only the symptoms but
also potential underlying factors that affect overall well-being.
Her background as an educator for children and adults with special
needs helped her to discover the profound impact of human connection
on well-being. After moving from France to Canada seven years ago,
Lucie felt inspired to deepen her ability to support others, leading her to
pursue a career in massage therapy.
In her free time, she enjoys hiking, sewing, and playing basketball,
which keep her connected to nature and her community.
