About Lesley

My work focuses on supporting adults navigating midlife transitions, unresolved trauma, and compassion fatigue; particularly those who have spent much of their lives caring for others. I integrate trauma-informed therapy with somatic (body-based) approaches that help regulate the nervous system and gently process experiences that may still be held in the body. Rather than focusing only on thoughts, our work also pays attention to physical sensations, patterns of stress, and the ways the body communicates when it has carried too much for too long. My background includes holistic nutrition and I integrate hormones, stress, sleep and lifestyle factors with emotional wellbeing in my approach.
