About Laurel

I’m passionate about helping people feel at home in their bodies. My approach to massage therapy blends various techniques to not only decrease pain and dysfunction but also to promote deep relaxation and restore balance. I believe that true wellness comes from not just releasing muscle tension but also enhancing overall stability and optimal function through therapeutic movement. Before becoming a registered massage therapist, I spent over a decade working with bodies through teaching yoga and movement. I’ve completed more than 500 hours of training in Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Kid’s Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Yoga Tune Up®, and the Roll Model Method®. Guiding students on the mat made me want to take my passion for bodywork even further, leading me to pursue a diploma in Massage Therapy, which I graduated with honors in 2021. I’m hoping to help you reconnect with your body and move with greater ease. Whether you’re seeking relief from pain, improved function, support in managing stress, or simply a space to unwind, I’m dedicated to creating a therapeutic experience that leaves you refreshed.
