About Laura

Laura graduated from Western University in 2025 with a Master of Physical Therapy degree. Prior to that, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from York University in 2022. Throughout her education, Laura developed a strong interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and active, movement-based approaches to recovery and overall wellness. As a physiotherapist, Laura is passionate about helping individuals regain function, build confidence, and return to the activities they enjoy. She is committed to providing personalized, evidence-informed care and values building meaningful relationships with her clients. Laura believes in empowering patients to take an active role in their recovery and long-term health. Outside of the clinic, Laura’s passion for physical activity continues through running, hiking, and spending time outdoors. She especially enjoys making memories with family in Owen Sound and embracing the active lifestyle the area has to offer.
