About Lana

Hi, i'm Lana! (BHK, DOMP) I completed my Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics in 2014 and completed a Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practitioner in 2022. I started working for myself in the pandemic and never looked back. I am a mobile business and can come right to your door step as I know finding the time for yourself can be tricky. Since becoming a DOMP, I've noticed great success in treating my clients and their pain/dysfunctions. With these new manual skills I've taken a more holistic and natural approach to treatment. The body will heal itself, you just may need help facilitating your recovery. I'm discovering the "why" behind your pain, so often the areas you have pain symptoms is not the location of the dysfunction. Together we can work on those areas using various techniques such as osteoarticulations, myofascial remodelling, cranio-sacral therapies, lymphatic drainage and visceral manipulation. Every patient is different and each session may look a little different as we figure out how to get your back to your individual homeostasis. I'm in the business of helping people help themselves. You have to take the first step into wanting to help yourself get out of chronic pain. Lets starts now!
