I specialize in therapeutic massage that is not deep tissue focusing on relieving muscle tension, improving circulation and promoting relaxation without intense pressure. This typically involves a combination of gentle to moderate techniques that are effective but not painful. I have over 16 years experience working with people and holistic healing modalities. Starting with a Holistic Health Practitioner diploma, I moved into Reflexology and Massage along with RAPID NeuroFascial Reset, and completing a Human Services Degree.
