Kim brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience helping people find relief from tension in the head, face, neck, and shoulders. Her treatments focus on jaw and facial tension (including TMJ dysfunction), headaches and migraine-related tension, neck tension, post-concussion support, and tension related to stress, anxiety, and burnout held in the body. Her work is especially supportive of high-demand professionals, caregivers, and teachers, as well as others navigating chronic stress. Each session is carefully tailored to individual needs. Rather than a general full-body massage for overall wellness, she most often works with intention and precision, focusing on the areas that contribute most to discomfort. This supports a calm, therapeutic, nervous-system-informed treatment that helps the body release long-held tension patterns in a safe and sustainable way. Using massage as a foundation, Kim delivers focused, intentional treatment tailored to the body’s needs in the moment. Her approach may draw from myofascial release, Indian Head Massage, Graston Technique®, MediCupping™, and heated muscle scraping when appropriate. Deeper techniques may be used when beneficial, though she does not rely on sustained deep tissue pressure. By working with the nervous system, she supports the body in shifting out of protective holding patterns into a state where real relief can occur, allowing the work to unfold without force or unnecessary intensity. Kim combines this approach with extensive hands-on experience and advanced training in chronic pain management, PTSD, stress and anxiety reduction, concussion management, fibromyalgia, and persistent head and neck pain. People often leave feeling noticeably lighter and more at ease, with tension in the head, neck, and jaw softened, and a deeper sense of calm in the body.
