About Kevin

Thanks for taking time to consider therapy. Whether you are an individual navigating personal challenges or a couple feeling distant, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to process life's challenges, find hope, and experience lasting change. In my previous and current roles as a husband, father, pastor, and now clinical therapist, I have experienced that our mental health deeply depends upon the health of our relationships—including the relationship with ourselves. Finding a bedrock of secure attachment to stand tall in difficult times can seem elusive, but it's not impossible. You will find me to be a warm, collaborative, and client-centered therapist. My practice is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Attachment Theory, serving as a lens through which I see the potential for human thriving.
