Hello everyone! I provide psychotherapy to young adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, identity exploration, and the lasting impacts of trauma. I see therapy as a space to slow down, be truly heard, and begin making sense of the experiences that have shaped who you are. My goal is to offer a warm, compassionate environment where you can reconnect with yourself and feel supported as you move through uncertainty or feeling stuck. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) and received my Masters degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and collaborative, grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. I’m especially interested in how emotions and thoughts live in the body, and how gently tuning into these experiences can support healing, regulation, and deeper self-understanding. I draw from evidence-based modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), solution-focused, and mindfulness-based practices, tailoring sessions to your unique needs and pacing our work together in a way that feels safe and supportive.
