About Kayla

Kayla has been a Lactation Consultant and Registered Nurse for 5 years. She believes that postpartum is such a joyful and life changing time in a family’s life and loves being able to help the women navigate the challenges and joys of feeding during this time. With a Bachelor of Nursing Degree and Lactation Consultant Certification, Kayla helps foster the feeding relationship, which is such a special privilege for her. Being able to work with parents to navigate this part of their journey, and make the unknown a little less scary, is incredibly gratifying for her. From helping with positioning, bottle feeding and pumping to plugged ducts, low supply and fast let down, she has plenty of solutions and creates a safe space for open dialogue and honest conversations. Kayla loves fresh pasta with a yummy light sauce. Making it and eating it with my husband and son makes for a great night.
