About Karissa

Karissa has worked in heath care field for 14 years. She recently moved to Saskatchewan after completing the Registered Massage Therapy program at Vancouver Career College in British Columbia. She incorporates deep massage, Trigger point release, Myofascial release, Myofascial Cupping, Swedish massage, and more into her treatment. Through continuing education she has completed Level 1 & 2 MLD massage through Dr Vodder International School of Manual Lymphatic Drainage in 2024 and will be complete of Level 3 in spring 2025. On her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and travelling. She looks forward to meeting new people and working with them to reach their lifestyle goals.
