Dr. Kallie Doucette, ND is a naturopathic doctor with a special focus on women’s hormonal health—from first periods through fertility, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause. She has completed a year-long Menopause Fellowship through the Confident Clinician and is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP). Kallie integrates menopause hormone therapy (MHT - aka bioidentical hormones), to help women manage symptoms and protect their long-term health.
Beyond hormone health, her broader passion is helping people age well - cutting through the noise of social media and health fads to highlight what is truly supported by science. She focuses on practical, realistic strategies and is not about over-prescribing supplements, restrictive diets, or unnecessary testing.
Her approach combines lab testing, nutrition, herbal medicine, and lifestyle support, with pharmaceutical prescribing (including bioidentical hormone therapy) when appropriate. Kallie works best with patients who are motivated and ready to take an active role in their health - whether that means trying new nutrition strategies, adjusting medications, or committing to meaningful lifestyle shifts.
