About Kaitlyn

Kaitlyn is a Registered Massage Therapist who is passionate about supporting women’s health through a personalized approach to care. She believes in treating the body as a whole, and strives to create a safe, welcoming space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered in their wellness journey. She is dedicated to delivering thoughtful, results-oriented care that meets each client where they are in their health journey, supporting individuals through prenatal and postnatal care, postural conditions, acute injuries and chronic pain. Her goal is to help people feel more connected to their bodies while working toward improving comfort, function, and overall wellbeing. Kaitlyn incorporates a rage of techniques including Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage, Joint Mobilizations, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue and remedial exercises. Currently, she is continuing her professional development by working towards obtaining certifications in Dr. Vodder Manual Lymphatic Drainage method, a gentle technique that supports the lymphatic system and overall recovery. In the future, Kaitlyn looks forward to integrating this work into her practice to offer clients additional support for healing, relaxation, and improved circulation.
