With a gift for seeing the subtleties of people’s movement and a strong passion for teaching others how to improve their bodies, Jocelyn is well known for her honest and detailed approach to treatment.
Jocelyn believes directing treatment at the root cause of dysfunction is the key to success and this often requires looking beyond the area of pain to find what’s driving the issue. Her years of training in the Connect Therapy Model and Thoracic Ring Approach has given her a platform to determine each person’s driver.
Since graduating in 2005, Jocelyn has avidly pursued further education in concussion management, persistent pain, advanced manual therapy techniques (level 3), and became a certified Gunn IMS practitioner in 2012. She jumps at every opportunity to take another course and most recently she's updating on persistent concussion, c-section rehab, non-operative ACL rehab & diagnosing running injuries.
Jocelyn has a special interest in treating shoulders, thoracic spine, feet, concussion and postpartum women, but ultimately treats the body as a whole. As a former internationally competitive ski racer she owns a wealth of athletic knowledge and understands the complexities of returning to sport following an injury. These days she stays active biking, skiing and chasing her 2 young boys.
