As a Level II trained Reiki practitioner, Jess offers energy sessions that create space to settle the nervous system, reconnect inward, and remember the truth of who we are beneath our experiences. Energy work offers a steady space for clients to soften and receive. Having explored non-conventional healing modalities for over 20 years, Jess personally experienced the healing and peace that energy work can offer and has made it a sustainable and spiritually aligned way of supporting others on their healing journeys.
