Jeremy has been practicing massage therapy following his graduation from Alberta Massage Training in 2013. Registered with the Canadian Massage and Manual Osteopathic Therapists Association, Jeremy is a highly skilled massage therapist trained in Swedish Relaxation Massage Techniques, Myofascial Release, Therapeutic Massage, Deep Tissue, Reflexology for Massage, and Suction Cupping. His goal in providing treatment is to help bring relaxation to your body. If you have a specific area in which you are experiencing pain, discomfort or restricted movement, his goal is to help ease that pain and help restore movement to normal function.

30 minutes massage therapy, using deep tissue, effleurage, and myofascial release techniques. May also include Suction Cupping, joint mobilization and stretching techniques as needed.
