Welcome to Hrmnze, where our approach is to not only look at the muscles but how these tissues interact with the other structures of the body, such as the joints and nerves so that we may assess and treat with a holistic approach ensuring that your body leaves in harmony.
My name is Jeremy, and I am the founder of Hrmnze. As a Registered Massage Therapist, I will not only be using deep tissue, and sports massage for treatment but I am also trained in various other modalities such as Fascial Stretch Therapy, Neurofunctional Acupuncture, Athletic Cupping, and performance training to ensure that each treatment plan given out is specifically tailored to your individual needs and goals.
With previous experience working with various athletes as the sports massage therapist at UofT Scarborough, I will be applying these experiences to carefully curate your needs regardless if you are an everyday desk worker or athlete at any level!
