About Jennifer
Jennifer graduated from Cosmic College of Cosmetology and Healthcare and is a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
She has always been interested in muscles of the human body and understanding how to grow and relax muscle groups. This drove her to massage therapy and studying it to understand more for herself. She has a background in sports and first hand experience with injuries and how massage has a great impact on recovery. She loves to help people to achieve better ranges of motion in muscles, relieve pain and promote recovery.
Jennifer has been trained in Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, and deep tissue. She will tailor your treatments to help each client reach their personal health goals.
