Jenna graduated top of her class at of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy's Competency-Based Master Level. Jenna's passion for health and wellness began while completing her Bachelor of Health Sciences degree at Simon Fraser University. While at SFU, Jenna was a member of the women's wrestling team, where she became a two-time collegiate national champion, a junior Pan American champion, and a senior Canadian bronze medalist. Being a high performance athlete has greatly influenced Jenna's treatment style as a sports massage therapist. She uses a variety of techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point release, and joint mobilizations. Through her years in practice, Jenna has also discovered a passion for working with pre and post natal woman. She has attended multiple births, providing massage therapy as a natural pain control for women in labour. When she's not in a clinic, you can find Jenna playing tennis, trail running, weightlifting, and coaching wrestling.
