I have proudly called Cochrane home for nearly 20 years. After completing 2200 hours of training at Vicars School of Massage Therapy, I became a Registered Massage Therapist with the vision of creating a safe and calming space where clients can slow down, feel cared for, and truly relax and recharge. My focus is on calming the nervous system and supporting the whole person. I bring a thoughtful, restorative approach to every session. I believe, massage is more than treatment, it’s a way to help you reconnect body, mind, and spirit.
