You are the author of your story and I collaboratively help you explore your values and live by your own personal truth. In the process, you will access skills within yourself to struggle less and create more joy, courage, and vitality to live a full and meaningful life. Whatever your reasons for coming to counselling, I will support and empower you to meet your goals. I have a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and am a Registered Clinical Counsellor. My diverse experiences include competing as an elite athlete, practising law, career counselling university students, providing trauma-informed crisis support for sexual assault survivors, and coaching high performance youth athletes.
