#People-Pleasing, Co-Dependency, Self-Abandonment and Low Self-worth.# After almost 5 years as a registered psychotherapist, Janice discovered something about her life that changed her therapy direction. After conducting many sessions with women of all ages, she recognized that they were often dealing with something that had greatly and negatively affected her own life. Being a People-Pleaser. She has become passionate about creating a therapy framework that takes women from the awareness of their people-pleasing tendencies all the way to a life that is guided by authenticity, self-trust, confidence and inner peace. You can love others deeply and still put yourself first. You are allowed to take up space. Your needs matter. This is YOUR life. Choose you. Janice lives in the Niagara Region of Ontario with her partner, 7 rescue cats and a really powerful vacuum. She loves to bake, grow her own food, take walks by the lake, watch cheesy weather disaster movies and eat out at many of the area's local winery restaurants.
