Jana has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2008, specializing in therapeutic and deep tissue massage techniques. Jana has received advanced training in Reiki, Traditional Thai Yoga Massage, Reflexology, Laser Therapy, Joint Mobilization, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Therapy, Pre & Post Natal Massage, Trigger Point, and Craniosacral Therapy.
