About James
James is a Registered Massage Therapist with the CMTO and RMTAO, bringing clinical depth, fitness expertise, and a passion for education to the HKC team.
He holds a Fitness and Health Promotion diploma and is completing a BA (Honours) in Psychology. James has years of experience in interdisciplinary sports medicine settings, working alongside physicians, physiotherapists, and chiropractors.
He also teaches at the college level, mentoring future RMTs. Whether you're recovering from injury, managing chronic tension, or simply looking after yourself, James meets you where you're at.
