About Jacob
I graduated with honours from the Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage in Fredericton and enjoy working with people dealing with both chronic postural tension and acute or long-standing injuries. My main interest is understanding how the body adapts to the stresses of daily life, and how small changes in movement and awareness can make a big difference over time.
In treatment I try to find a balance between helping the nervous system settle and improving how the body moves. This often means working to reduce unnecessary tension while also creating space in joints and tissues so they can move through their natural range of motion more comfortably and efficiently.
I like to approach the body as a connected system rather than focusing on just one painful area. By looking at how posture, habits, and daily activities interact, I try to help people not only feel relief but also understand what their body may be asking for.
My goal is to create a treatment space where people can relax, learn about their body, and gradually build better mobility and resilience. I’m excited to be part of this community and to work together with people to help them move and feel a little better each time they come in.
