Her expertise in a massage technique, such as Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, trigger point release, friction massage, myofascial stretch, lymphatic drainage, joint mobilization and PNF, allows her to provide ample care to patients. Amy’s approach to therapy is comprehensive, as she believes that combination of manual techniques and exercises as part of individually designed intervention strategy is a valuable approach to help patients achieve their highest functional level.
