About Hoi
With over five years of experience as a yoga instructor, Sharon combines her background in movement and mindfulness with her practice as a Registered Massage Therapist to create treatments that are both restorative and effective. Her approach is fluid, grounding and deeply calming, helping clients feel relaxed and supported throughout their sessions.
Her treatments blend Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy and stretching techniques to address both relaxation and therapeutic goals. Sharon has experience working with clients experiencing shoulder and back pain, muscle tightness, postural tension and stress-related discomfort. She is also fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys yoga and snowboarding, you might even bump into her on the mat or the slopes.
