Hélène obtained her Master's degree in Physiotherapy at McGill University in 2011. Her master's project focused on the return to sport after concussion in children. Also, during her training, she completed her final internship in pediatrics at the Jewish Rehabilitation Hospital. She enjoys working with children and wishes to focus her practice on this clientele.
Hélène continues to improve her knowledge with postgraduate training, particularly in manual therapy and pediatrics. She has also followed several sports teams over the past few years.
In her spare time, she does crossfit, running and yoga.
