About Heldy
Heldy is a Registered Massage Therapist with a strong foundation in therapeutic and evidence-based massage techniques. She graduated from the Alberta College of Massage Therapy in July 2024, following a deep commitment to helping others with their physical health, pain management, and stress reduction.
Originally from Mexico, she moved to Alberta in 2013 and has embraced both the cultural and professional opportunities this region offers. She is fluent in four languages—English, Spanish, German, and Plautdietsch—which allows her to connect with a diverse range of clients and provide care that is both accessible and personalized.
Her clinical training has equipped her to work with clients dealing with musculoskeletal conditions, injuries, postural imbalances, and chronic pain. She strives to provide a safe, respectful, and client-centered environment, tailoring each treatment to the individual’s needs and goals.
Outside of the clinic, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and their two boys. This balance between professional care and family life helps her bring empathy, attentiveness, and dedication to every session.
