After graduating from the National Massage Therapy Institute in Falls Church, VA in 2008, Heather returned to Canada to further her education at Northumberland College in Halifax, NS, where she completed her training and graduated in 2011.
With over a decade of hands-on experience, Heather has worked at two well-established multidisciplinary health clinics in Charlottetown, PEI. Her time there helped her develop a deep understanding of client care, collaborative wellness approaches, and a strong foundation in therapeutic massage techniques. Now, she is excited to begin her self-employment journey in Montague, PE, offering professional and personalized massage therapy services to her community.
Heather specializes in the assessment, treatment, and prevention of soft tissue dysfunction and pain. Her approach combines skilled therapeutic techniques with a genuine focus on client education, helping each individual better understand their body, recover from injury, manage stress, and maintain long-term wellness.
