About Hayley
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply searching for a place where you can show up fully as yourself—I’m here to meet you exactly where you are. I bring warmth, openness, and authenticity into each session, creating a space where you can feel safe, supported, and truly heard.
I’m a trauma-informed psychotherapist who believes deeply in the healing power of connection. My approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and non-judgment—making me someone you can feel at ease with, even when exploring difficult or vulnerable parts of your story. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, questions around identity, or simply seeking more clarity and balance in your life, I walk alongside you with compassion and care.
I work with a wide range of clients, including teens, adults, and couples, and I’m especially passionate about supporting those within the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. With me, you’ll find a space that honors who you are—no need to filter or shrink yourself here.
I believe that you are the expert of your own experience, and I work collaboratively with you to explore what healing looks like for you. You can expect sessions that are paced with care, tailored to your goals, and focused on fostering genuine growth and change.
I offer in-person sessions in Georgetown/Milton and Mississauga, as well as virtual therapy across Ontario. I also provide reduced-rate therapy for teens, individuals, and couples—making support more accessible for those who need it.
Reaching out for help takes courage. If you're ready to take that first step, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
