About Harman
Harman Brar is a Registered Massage Therapist from CDI college. He has treated patients from
all walks of life including geriatric patients and athletes. Harman also has experience as a
personal trainer, working with powerlifters and bodybuilders. This knowledge makes him an
even stronger RMT as he understands the importance of strengthening, stretching, and fixing
muscle imbalances.
His treatment modalities range from joint mobilization, sports massage, myofascial trigger point
release, deep tissue massage therapy, PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation
Techniques) and active releases, combined with patient education and homecare. He is energetic,
passionate, and friendly, prioritizing patient wellness by making them feel comfortable and
supported.
Outside of work, Harman enjoys spending time with family, hiking with his kids, and listening to
birds chirping in the woods - he loves nature!
